Harry Aquije, an analyst at Belmana, has applied quasi experimental methods for evaluations, linking admin data as well as performing spatial analysis. Harry has prior experience in programme evaluation related to business and productivity using quantitative methods, such as differences in differences and instrumental variables.

Harry has completed a Master of Science in Economics at the University of Bristol, where he estimated a discrete-choice model of demand to study the effect of COVID-19 on air travel behavior. Additionally, Harry has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Piura, Peru.
