Carolin Thol is an Analyst at Belmana. She graduated from the London School of Economics with an MSc in Economic History (Research). Before, she studied economics at Maastricht University and the University of California, Los Angeles. She graduated with honours and as a member of the research based learning programme.
Carolin gained practical experience in the macroprudential analysis team at the German Central Bank, where she analysed systemic risks in the German financial sector. As a research assistant in the Political Science Department at UCLA, she conducted quantitative research on determinants of the price level.
